Diese Unterkunft war für mich und meine Tochter super. Beim Welcome Drink wurden wir vergessen. Beim Nachhaken ging es dann aber subito. Der Wasserablauf beim Waschbecken war verstopft, so dass das Wasser nicht ablief. Nach Reklamation funktionierte dann alles anstandslos. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit.

Wir waren schon in sehr vielen guten Häuser (Beau Rivage Lausanne, Badrutt in St. Moritz usw), aber Amrei hat es auf Anhieb zu unserem Lieblingshotel geschafft. Nicht nur die wunderschönen Zimmer und das tolle Spa haben begeistert, sondern auch das Personal. Immer wieder gerne!!!

Tiefgarage kostenlos. Reibungsloser und freundlicher Empfang. Leckeres Frühstück. Leckeres internes Steakhouse mit herausragenden Service - Fitnessstudio schlecht eingerichtet und keine Becher und Handtücher vorhanden gewesen - Zu wenige Handtücher im Zimmer - Man musste jeden Tag aufs Neue nachfragen.
