Front desk had difficulty locating my reservation even after I supplied my itinerary number. I asked to have a receipt sent to my email when I checked out and never received it. Received my credit card statement and I was double billed, once by hotels.com and then when I checked out by Hampton Inn. I am currently attempting to get the second charge removed. Building looks quite new

During my 4 days stay, no room service at all. No one made the bed, nor change towels, nor clean the room. Always something missing in breakfast room, even roast coffee one day! Very poor attention to Customers No staff at the Reception in the evening, and no bell to draw their attention
