Terrell House Bed and Breakfast

Facility and room in the Carriage House were awesome

Distance from streetcar line was a bit further than ideal, but we made it work

Everything! Location, host, security features, the room, the food.

The place was beautiful, but our room was not so much

Bed was totally shot - lumpy

Lovely property in a great neighborhood. Short walk to the heart of the Garden District. Lots of fun shops and resaurants right on Magazine. Hosts were super nice. The breakfast was solid. The courtyard was a bonus.

The breakfast was excellent.

The stairs to the third floor room were very steep. If not for a very kind customer, there would have been a problem getting luggage up those stairs.

There was not much choice on the breakfast buffet, no cereals, or yoghurt or toast/bread. We saw bacon once (very salty) waffles once. No one came to offer us anything different, we got the feeling of not being welcome. The mattress on our bed was extremely hard, paper cups to drink from and only coffee/coffee maker to use in the room. Three wheelie bins were under our window. No carpet, only one rug. Not good value at £182 per night.
