"Front desk staff was extremely accommodating to get us into a room on the ground floor because we can’t do stairs."

Location. It is located on the bay where you can launch your boat or walk on the pier.

There was really nothing not to like. It is an older property but very well maintained and clean.

"Locked in the room all night"

Close to the water and pool

The room was very old. We were locked inside the bedroom all night. Windows did not open. We called the emergency number. No one replied. W3 had til wait until 8am until the gardener passed and opened the door for us. When i told the receptionist she wasn’t in the slightest apologetic... very disappointing experience.
