Super Lage, gute Kommunikation.

Trotz Rauchverbot war wohl ein Raucher davor im Zimmer, war jedenfalls nicht zu „überriechen“. Einfluss des Vermieters ist aber sicher begrenzt.

Lage top, kleine Küche zum Kochen

Mir war nicht klar, dass es ein Apartment in einer Wohnung mit mehreren Apartments war. Deshalb ist es relativ laut wenn andere Gäste nach Hause kommen/abreisen.

Zimmer roch extrem nach Rauch, wer soll sich da wohlfühlen? - mit etwas Raumspray übertüncht. Obwohl wir immer den ganzen Tag gelüftet haben, keine Verbesserung! Schloss an der Haustür defekt sodass jeder herein kann, Schlüsselkasten mit Code extrem schwierig zu öffnen, Fernbedienung mit defekten Tasten, wirkt dadurch ungepflegt, direkt über Gastronomie, Terrasse mit Blick auf andere Hauswand... Für das Geld ein No-Go!

"Vollkommen in Ordnung für einen Kurztrip"

Das Bett war wirklich bequem. Außerdem ist die Lage wirklich super. Und der Check in und out super unkompliziert.

Man könnte es ein bisschen besser in Schuss halten. Die Dusche war sehr verkalkt, sodass wenig Wasser durch kam. Leider war zeitgleich die Halterung für die Handbrause nicht mehr funktionsfähig. Außerdem ist es wirklich sehr hellhörig.
