Above all, we liked the people who were staying during the time we stayed there. And the kitchen was well-equipped. Check-in functioned ok. As for the neighborhood, the local train is a few hundred meters away, but apart from that, the district is definitely not attractive to walk around during the day or night.

We would like to point out the problems we faced, some of which I also documented with photographs. First, the room did not meet the conditions advertised in the photos on Booking. The bedding was dirty, the towels as well, and the overall condition was unacceptable and below what was shown in the pictures. The room space where the bed is located was significantly smaller in reality than in the photos. To heat the room, you must take an oil radiator out of the closet (who still uses that today) and use it, but then you have to ventilate regularly. The door to the room would open by itself unless locked with a key. The walls between units were quite thin. In the bathroom, we found hairs from previous tenants. The toilet brush was extremely dirty, so we didn't even use it (such a brush costs just a few euros and should have been replaced long ago). In the shared spaces (kitchen), we encountered multiple types of insects, and my wife even found a cockroach. Such a state of cleanliness is unacceptable, especially since it is included in the rental price breakdown. Moreover, the standard is that bedding and towels should be changed and cleaned after each guest, which clearly was not the case here. As a possible consequence of such cleanliness, my wife and I got sick on the last day. P.s, - my response to your revised response: The photos of defects are clearly visible on the Booking.com desktop page, but I will forward them to your WhatsApp as well. Regarding insults toward guests, you cannot expect not to receive an adequate response in return.​ Don't worry, I will be back in Lisbon soon, and will actually visit on several occasions. I advise you to be more polite toward good guests in the future. p.s. After I sent the photos of complaints to you, you locked me on WhatsApp. People call this cowardice. You are really bad person.
