Zoe was great

The instructions for arrival were clear and easy to follow. The cottage was perfect for our needs - kitchen well equipped and beds comfortable. The cottage was clean and well situated for walks from the door and for Upton which was where we were attending a music festival.

Cottage was in a great location, facilities were fantastic , felt homely. Host was exceptional - great communication

Quiet location, comfortable beds, good shower, plenty of space. The cottage has everything you need. Zoë is a responsive host

Unfortunately our stay had to be cut short by 2 days as my back could not tolerate the only bed in the property which is lumpy and hard. Think of a bag of potatoes and you wouldn’t be far off. I’ll end on a positive, the rear garden is beautiful!

The property offered functionality in a beautiful location. Lovely comfortable beds, bedding and nice towels. Nice newly decorated toilet and bathroom. (We think there may be a small leak on one of the taps braided hoses in the cupboard under the basin).

We didn’t appreciate the sniper-like approach by the next door neighbour, who told us where we could and couldn’t park before we’d even had a chance to arrive at the property gates. This spoilt our excitement and dampened our spirits. We are highlighting this as we felt this could affect your future bookings if guests are experiencing a similar interaction every time. I am contactable should you wish to explore this further. We were a little disappointed with the outside space and although chairs were provided, they weren’t comfortable enough to sit and relax properly. Inside the property, it was perfectly comfortable and functional. The crockery could do with being updated, for example one of the plates has an old crack in it. We felt the decor could relate more to all the wonderful things offered by the Worcestershire and Malvern surroundings, rather than a mismatch of random pictures and wall hangings but appreciate it’s on the doorstep, so this is just an observation for improvement in our opinion. The house booklet could do with a fresh update. We found the TV functionality difficult to navigate.

Very comfortable cottage. As the name suggests, there are lots of walks from the door. We had a really relaxing break which was just what we needed.

Maybe some lighter quilts as well were very hot at night.

The cottage was very comfortable and beautifully decorated, it had everything you needed for a self catering holiday and the host provided extra little touches which were much appreciated (washing up liquid, cooking oil, herbs, teabags/coffee pods and milk).The location is perfect to get up into the hills walking. Simple check in and out, and a helpful guide to the cottage and surrounding area.
