Excellant position for beach and townhouse

Excellent location right next to the lovely beach and promenade and 15 minutes from Druridge Bay, which is outstanding. Clear instructions for arrival and polite customer service. Didn't bring up the issues below as we were only there for two nights and many similar comments have been mentioned other times by other reviews so not sure in the end if any point mentioning them over the course of a short weekend. Did like the spacious rooms and high ceilings. Traditional Northumberland terrace. Strong WiFi signal. Secure enclosed yard for the dog, but could have done without the fag ends.

Had to sleep separately due to the squeaky old main bed. Some cleanliness issues, eg had to wash cutlery before use, and wiring looks dangerous in some areas. Fire in fireplace not working and heating seems to have a mind of its own (yes did follow the instructions).TV not Smart. Terrible water pressure in bathroom but water piping hot when it did arrive. Wouldn't mention this stuff if the property was cheap but at over £100 a night in February that was definitely all the money.

Location good. Lots of equipment.

Back of toilet leaked. Oven fan was very loud. Sofa was a bit worse for wear.

Bea's was well appointed...had everything we needed. Great location 2mins on foot to the Beach and the new cafe. Easy access to lots of other lovely places on this coast. Excellent value.

Could have done with more waste bins.
