The staff were friendly, accommodating & always to assist with a smile saying. The room is always clean & well-maintained. The food is good !

The downstairs area is beautiful. The staff were amazing. The food from the restaurant was incredible.

The room was not "delux" it was shabby. The shower head was leaking and the tiles were yellow and all the fixtures were very old. Everything was very tired in the room, not luxurious. The towels were frayed and quite hard.The other thing was that I could hear EVERYTHING in the next room. It felt at times scary to hear the noises as it felt like people were right next to me and they were shouting and banging without much care for the people around them. No lift, so getting up to the 4th floor after a long day walking might be hard for some.

La estancia fue muy relajante y tranquila de principio a fin. El personal es muy amable, atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudar con una sonrisa. La zona de la piscina es preciosa y tranquila, perfecta para desconectar. Me sentí completamente a gusto y muy bien atendido en todo momento.

The hotel staff is attentive and hardworking, the rooms are spacious and very clean, the bathrooms are modern and there is no accommodation. The choice of breakfast is very wide which is reasonably priced.

Very, very accommodating as well very friendly. They always make you feel at home. I’ve always enjoyed their comping and talking to them.

Stayed at Boutique Indochine Hotel for one night. Can't rate the staff highly enough, excellent customer service. This was our first time in Cambodia and they were very helpful in guiding us on how to get around. The hotel is located 1km from the old market. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of choices. Would definitely stay here again. The hotel was very good at contacting us before our visit. The car service arranged by the hotel to/from the airport was excellent. Booked in advance so got a great deal.
