Apartments Milovan 1774 exceeded all expectations! The apartment was spotless, well-equipped, and perfectly located for exploring the beautiful Istrian coast. But what truly made the stay unforgettable was the host — incredibly welcoming, responsive, and genuinely committed to making guests feel at home. From the smooth check-in to helpful local tips and thoughtful touches throughout the stay, the service was nothing short of exceptional. It’s rare to find hosts who care this much. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Ližnjan and wouldn’t hesitate to return!

Dear, Me and my family had a wonderful stay at Milovan, again! He's apartments are clean and spacy, and my kids enjoyed his garden in front of the house. It is a place for children to play and also to sit and eat, he has a stone barbecue for the guests to use. Milovan is a lovely host, which he proved again. He is reachable all the time and he tries to help you with all the information and you need to make your stay wonderful. The surroundings are beautifull, and the most lovely beaches in south Istria are located 2-10 km from his place. R't Kamenjak is a natural beauty, which allows you to explore it by foot or bike. Also it has beaches for you to enjoy. The natural park Brijuni is a must see. You can visit it with a ferry from Fažana, a small and beautiful town located 7 km from Pula. The charming town Rovinj is 30 km away. We will be returning again!

It was nice & clean, we had our own terrace and we enjoyed time in the garden together with our friends. You need a car to drive around as the property is not very close to the seaside.
