"公共設施與硬體設備佳，但房客素質不行"

服務人員很親切，接待服務很好。房間安排在個人背包房，是在上層，樓梯其實不太好爬，需要手腳並用，爬進房間裡，若是手腳不是太靈活的人，上下樓梯其實有點怕怕的。因為是集中住宿，雖然有密閉空間，但是隔板較薄，敵不過半夜動靜還是很大的隔壁房客，要注意很多人出入公共門的電子警示音以及個人的聲響。

Great location minutes from lake & boat jetty. Also close to signed walks arond the lake & treks in the forest. Large comfortable capsule room & clean bathrooms. Staff are helpful & friendly. Relaxing kitchen/dining area with free tea & coffee.

整體環境跟服務是不錯的，只是睡覺時發現冷氣會對著吹，剛好本身對於這部分比較敏感所以就感冒了（苦笑）。

這是第一次住這種膠囊旅館，很幸運的是同一房的旅客素質都很好，進出都很安靜並盡可能的不影響到其他同房者。房內乾淨燈光適中，有實體門需有門號卡才能開門相對安全。是一次相當開心的經驗將推薦給朋友👍
