Staff muito simpático desde o primeiro contacto pessoalmente. Quarto muito limpo, excelente localização, WiFi funcionou sem problemas, as housekeepers sempre muito atenciosas e prestativas.

Quando fiz a reserva pelo booking.com dizia que o alojamento fornecia pequeno almoço e que estava incluído na reserva. Ao chegarmos ao hotel fomos informados pelo recepcionista que o hotel já não servia qualquer tipo de refeições, o que foi decepcionante. Esta informação deveria constar no booking. Também foi um pouco difícil pedir ferros de engomar porque apenas havia 1 ou 2 disponíveis para todo o alojamento, que das 3 vezes que foram necessárias no nosso caso apenas 1 esteve disponível.
