We booked one night at Das Boitzer on our way home and it was a great choice! The room was cozy, staff very friendly and additionally their restaurant downstairs surprised us with their great food. (Highly recommended) As our last stop it was cherry on top, we are very happy and we would not hesitate to book it again!

Da fällt mir nichts ein.

Leider war es nicht möglich in diesem Hotel einzuchecken. Offenbar massiv überfordert. Die Türe war verschlossen und auch das Restaurant war geschlossen. Bei der Telefonnummer an der Eingangstüre (identisch mit der bei Booking hinterlegten Nummer) antwortet nur der Anrufbeantworter. Eine Rückmeldung über das Kontaktformular kam erst nach 24 Stunden. Weigern sich den über Booking per Vorkasse bezahlten Betrag zu erstatten. Erstellen auch keine Rechnung. Reagieren auch nicht auf Kontaktversuche durch Booking.
