Mye bråk fra andre gjester på andre rom hele natta. svært knirkende dører, dører som slamrer, mye skittent utstyr også i skuffene på felles kjøkken, rot på benker, flekker på stolputer på rommet- ser ut som urinflekker. Lytt mellom etasjene. Vanskelig å forstå hvilket rom som var booket, mange meldinger med mye informasjon, men allikevel litt uklart.

This is possibly the worst place i've ever stayed. We left after the first night, the only reason we didn't leave that night is because it was so late. We rebooked elsewhere and ive been in commubnication with them to offer a refund for the nights not stayed. They are being very difficult but honestly, this place should not be allowed on Booking.com. Nothing about this place was good, it was WILDLY over-proced for the most vile place. It's literally day light robbery and they are so unapologetic about it, we booked a place elsewhere on the main street for the same price that was stunning and private.

The room had two single beds that leaned to one side, they weren't even really mattresses, just bits of foam. The room stunk, the whole place had a stench. No door where properly labelled and i kept accidently walking into peoples rooms which made us feeling incredibly unsafe. The paint and decor is all chipped and old which added to the feeling of neglect. Not too mention its incredibly loud. I understand Tromsø is expensive but this is a joke, for what you get compared to other properties offering a lot more, its vile that they can get away with this.
