Wilhelmsen Romutleie

The house is a bit old and sure here and there some improvements are due, but it is very charming at the same time and one has everything needed for a relaxed stay. The location is close to the harbour and the main bus stop. A short walk to the market and the only pub in town. Everything is doable on foot. Ckecking in was very easy. The owner Steinar is a very accomodating and super relaxed host. I especially wish to point out his kindness that wont be forgotten.

A central location, quiet. Easy to find.

Nothing in particular, it was as I hoped it was.

Toilet and shower were very basic, but seemed to be clean.

The window in my room was extremely dirty. The room itself seemed clean. But I mistrusted the bed sheets and preferred to sleep in my sleeping bag. And the system with the key boxes was irritating. There was one and the same code for every box. And the numbers of the boxes didn't relate with the room numbers. So one had to look, which box had a key in it, and then go and try, if it was the right one or not. I was happy that an old couple, living at the same place, helped me.

Floor in the room was dirty. But the one that bothered me was the bathroom floor which turned slimy when got wet. Location was good, staff friedly and room cute.
