Beautiful setting and very well appointed cottage. Extremely comfortable and ideal for our short break.

Only point to be aware of is that there can be some early morning noise from cleaning out the stables next door. Only really affected us on one morning during our stay.

The cottage was lovely

The sofas were so un comfortable and the beds were not comfortable not nice and tgere was food left in freezer and not cleaned properly outside was good

Kitchen well fitted. Only thing missing small washing up bowl

Modern warm property reasonably well equipped. Spacious for 6 people.

When we arrived the drive gate was locked at 5:30 pm. We rang Steven the owner several times and left messages. He did not come back to us about this at any point over the holiday. I had to climb over the gate to get the key from the safe box. The beds are very springy and the showers need the drains cleaning. The ensuite is tiny.

Lovely cottage which is modern, clean and exceptionally well equipped in the kitchen. Plenty of loo roll, shower gel and dishwasher tabs, tea towels etc which is a great touch. It is next to the stables but the cottage faces away from the stables so not intrusive at all. The property faces onto a right of way but this was not used and we were able to sit out the front and enjoy the views. Lovely pub (the Queen's Head) up the road for a drink, good grub and amazing views from the pub garden.

Quite countryside location. Yet close to points of interest. Cottage is spacious and well equipped and clean.
