Администратор не всегда на связи. Ночью у нас были проблемы с парковкой, пришлось разбираться самостоятельно

The location is excellent, the apartment is clean and comfortable, with a large terrace overlooking the sea. It can be a bit noisy due to nearby construction work, but we were aware of this in advance, so it wasn’t a surprise.

The apartment is wonderful, we were family of 5 people and it fit us all. 2 rooms with double bed and a sofa in the living room for the 5th person. it also has a kitchen for cooking, 2 toilets, one with only toilets and the second with toilet and shower. Generally the apartment serve us well.

The toilet only has a problem and it didn't flash well so we had to struggle it.

WARNING: Do Not Book This Place – Read Before You Regret It Review: ⚠️ Important Warning: This place is nothing like what you see in the photos. Do yourself a favor – don’t book it. It’s dirty, neglected, and completely unacceptable. I wish someone had warned me before I arrived. Here’s exactly what I found: • The air conditioners are extremely old and barely work. • The wallpaper is torn. • Electrical panels are left wide open – unsafe and dangerous. • Water leaks all over the floor when you shower. • The floor throughout the apartment is very dirty. • The kettle is full of limescale, smells horrible, and clearly hasn’t been cleaned in ages. • The fridge smells like spoiled sausage. • There are stains on the walls. • The ironing board is ripped and smells awful. • The wall clock doesn’t even work. This place is in terrible condition and clearly not maintained at all. It’s not worth the money, not worth the stress, and definitely not worth your vacation. Stay away from this property. You will regret booking it.
