1 bad thing. There 3 Hennans next to each other. Only 1 has beach access and its not this one. You are treated as second class guests because of that. You have to pay to use the gym. You cannot use the beach fronts swimmimg pool.

Awesome service! Visiting from Hawaii although I was born in Cagayan De Oro, and resided in Sagbayan Bohol, left at the age of 6 to Hawaii! Love the resort! Stayed at sister property Henann Alona

All staff were amazing! Very polite, courteous and cheerful. They were the plus to our stay at this hotel. Unhappy about the 2 small water bottle/day policy. Not really a 5 star-ish policy. The day we checked out we were not given water and when I asked for it, I was told we were not entitled to complimentary drinking water anymore as we were checking out.
