Ja conhecia a residencial de outra gerente e agora encontrei uma nova gerência, nao sao portugueses mas entende-se tudo muito bem, gente espetacular muito educados e sempre muitos prestáveis, tudo sempre muito limpo, casas de sempre limpas, o barulho com a outra gerente acabou, agora a partir das 22 ou 23 horas nao à mais barulho. Muito bom, recomendo.

The staff were nice and welcoming. The shared bathrooms were clean and well maintained, and there is a metro station nearby, making it quite convenient to reach the city centre despite the location being a bit outside the main area.

The room cleanliness was not ideal. Overall, the property is quite basic and somewhat dated.
