부킹닷콤하고 이 호텔하고 말이 안맞습니다. 약간 사기치는것 같기도 합니다. 방선택에 있어 광고 내용과 실제 배정이 다르고 그걸 항의하려고 호텔측에 따졌더니 말이 안통합니다. 프론트에 있는 남자직원, 정말 불친절합니다. 말도 안 통하고 서비스 마인드도 없는 사람입니다. 에어컨도 켜져 있어서 끄려했는데 리모컨도 전부 회수해 없애버려서 추워서 자다깨다...

호텔이 깨끗하고 조용했어요. 위치는 주변 청초호 및 중앙시장과 인접하여 위치가 좋았음. 호수 및 바다 전망이었는데, 전망도 괜찮았음.

거실겸 방이 있었는데, 쇼파 및 의자가 없어서 바닥에 앉다보니 좀 불편했음.
