"Easy Stay"

The staff was great. Very nice and went out of there way to accommodate us. The air conditioning was great, especially during the heat wave. Nice breakfast.

No problems. Location was outside of Modena, but it was only an overnight stay for us.

Friendly and helpful staff. Could use kitchen/fridge while there. Rural location, no problem leaving luggage in car. Close enough to the city & highway to be easy drive there.

"Lovely farm stay, beautiful people"

Breakfast was generous, included real coffee and house made jams and the lady of the house was extremely friendly and attentive

The location was close to farms and there was a bit of a farm smell, but not in the property or house itself
