The location is great! Close to both RAC Arena and His Majesty's Theatre if you are attending a concert, performance or event. Public carpark across the street also makes it very convenient and you can walk to get food, drinks, and anything else you need from the city.

It seemed to be a bit light on staff on the night that I stayed, so the reception area was very unattended and did not have a welcoming feel on arrival. The staff that were working were friendly and helpful enough. Also, while my room was neat and tidy for arrival, it was also a bit light on with the amenities. A twin room for two people and there was only half a roll of toilet paper provided.

It’s a nice hotel in a good location.

Saturday night on Murray st is a bit noisy. Not unexpected, but even 11 floors up we could hear bass beats.

The bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean. Location was good. Dinner at the restaurant was very good.

Hall carpet was stained. Room service dishes were left out in the hall uncollected for more than a day. Breakfast was very expensive and just ordinary,better to go to a local cafe for breakfast.

Location to the city centre and show venues . Undercover heated pool .

Closeness to a rather loud nightclub that was open until 5am weekends. It made keeping younger children settled harder
