Ampiezza della camera familiare, lo stile, l’ampio bagno con doppio lavabo, ampia doccia, wc separato e finestrato, la vista dalle finestre, la temperatura perfetta nelle camere, la posizione.

La luce della scala non era segnalata per cui i primi giorni salivamo le scale al buio.
