"部屋は狭いが他のホテルには無い良い部分も多い"

温泉、ホテルスタッフは挨拶、言葉遣いなど努力はみられて好印象 無料朝食、改善点は有るが細かい気配りは有ると感じた ウェルカムドリンク（アルコール有り）はこの価格帯のホテルとしては有り得ない上級のおもてなし、最高

車で行くのを前提としたホテルの為、駅から向かうのは大変不便 部屋は必要最低限の設備は有るが、あまりに狭いので荷物を広げる場所は無い 温泉、湯船の中に髪の毛や汚れが有る、扇風機に埃あり、あまり清潔感は無いが温泉設備は嬉しい

"Business Hotel with Great Location & Helpful Staff, but Automated Check-In and Confusing Room Tech"

Large modern clean room in a business-oriented hotel. Great location near the station Breakfast served in the dining room on the top floor with views of the city. Nice helpful staff at reception.

The need to check-in through the machines at the front desk, even if there were 3 unused receptionists. But one at least told us how to use the machine. In our room there were 2 units of air conditioning and 2 lights each with its own remote control without English labels, which unnecessarily complicated setting the environment in the room.

Very friendly staff, clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the use of the Onsen. Welcome drink happy hour with range of drinks and Sake tasting enjoyed. Breakfast lots to choose from.
