部屋に入ると、テーブル・テレビ、ベット近くの台など、ホコリが沢山溜まっていた。ホコリの下には、コップを置いた跡やシミや食べカスのようなものがあって、かなり気持ち悪かった。 電話したところ、翌朝対応して頂けるとのことで、その後の連絡は丁寧でスムーズだった。ただ、１泊目の不快・不便さに関しては口頭で謝られただけで不満が残った。

掃除が行き届いていて、とても快適に過ごすことができました。連泊の場合、タオル交換をしていただけたらもっと良いなと思います。非常に設備が整っていて、利便性も高く、お部屋の雰囲気も良くてとても良かったです。
