The location , the view and the bed were very good .

Too many things needed fixing in the apartment . Kettle did not work and was told by host when we messaged them to use the microwave ! It was not replaced . Shower head in en suite did not work . There were no toilet roll holders or towel rails in the bathrooms. Taps were loose in both bathrooms . In the 2nd bathroom the hand shower button did not work .The plugs in both bathroom sinks did not work so could not hold water . The kitchen sink plug was broken so could not hold water to wash up items . We did not have a tea towel so had to buy one . Lack of kitchen equipment if on a long stay and wish to eat in apartment . No small saucepans only large size . Some cleaning materials would be useful when only on a short stay for toilet and kitchen No drawers in bedrooms to put any small clothes so living out of a suitcase . For a long stay this is unacceptable . Tried to use heat one night but did not work and no instructions. Entering the building on the first time took over 20 minutes before we could get the app to the work . This was very frustrating .
