I was in contach with a man and woman before coming, the y were super nice. I booked the place because it had check out 8pm and i already told i was going to check in at 23h45 and check out at 4pm The girl at the residence was rude to me, i wont go into details but she was rude and wasnt complying to the booking conditions availble black on white in the site !!
