La ubicación,vista la verdad es un lugar muy tranquilo y limpio

STAY HERE - I have stayed here multiple times. The owner is onsite an they take great care of the property. Each room has a kitchenette with microwave, hotplate, toaster fridge... everything you need. Grocery is 3 blocks walk, bathroom is modern and clean. the location is perfect staff are helpful and the pictures are true, the outdoor roof deck lets you sit at the tables eat your breakfast, with a view or use the mini pool. Price is very reasonable for all the amenities and location. I was going to try a new place but they did nto respond to messages, so I switched back to Casa Velero because I KNEW it would be good and that staff are responsive.

There are no complaints about this place unless you are expected a 5 Star resort for a low price. This place is perfect for normal, respectful people.

No había presión del agua en la ducha. La segunda terraza estaba muy abandonada.

The bed was comfortable. Property location to beach was good

We had no hot water or cold water twice. The safe was broken and not usable, had to ask for bath towels, garbage to be emptied and clean linens. Had to pay for drinking water, none provided in room. Mold in AC unit and on ceiling. Coffee maker had not been cleaned in months, shower head did not work properly, nor did the bathroom faucet, sprayed water everywhere. Kitchen faucet did not work properly. Husband had to fix the toilet tank to make it flush. Entry room door knob was broken, only had dead bolt. Abundance of mosquitoes able to get in the room. Cooking hot plate was very old and didn't look safe to us. Mini fridge and freezer were good. Drying rack was covered in rust. Very rarely did we see the hotel staff, available by text. Poorly run.

Realmente ubicado a unos 3 minutos de la playa, un lugar acogedor y está todo céntrico de aquí de puerto Morelos, para instancias de días cortos y aún así volvería a hospedarme nuevamente aquí, se los recomiendo! :)

Solo que si hay algún evento cerca de escuchar un poco de ruido, Pero todo bien
