Location was very nice, we got some fresh milk for tea on arrival which is a nice touch. There was a fridge in the room

The wet-room was a bit uncomfortable, everything got wet from the shower, the floor is very cold, but if you put down a mat it gets soaking wet.

Beautiful property in peaceful location. Easy to park. Attractive design with everything needed for an overnight stay. Owner was welcoming & offered fresh milk. Enough cutlery & crockery provided to make a microwave meal/ breakfast. It is excellent value.

The wet room is very designer but was concerned about water spraying everywhere. Perhaps a little advice note on using it would benefit the owner.

The hobbit apartment was lovely and was located in a nice quite area,it was nice having breakfast outside listening to the horses and birds . Menna and the young lass made us feel very welcome, having horses and the rescue dogs made our weekend.

No problem with the brook, our son and wife was getting frustrated with someone parking in front of the coach house didn't get a view for our grandson to see the horses and us in the brook.

Everything about the place nice and quite ,listening to the birds in the morning having breakfast outside. Meeting the lovely horses and the two rescued dogs.

The parking the apartment at the coach house people not parking right, had problems getting in near the bins on the night and banging my car.
