Staðsetningin var frábær, fallegt og rólegt umhverfi. Garðurinn og sundlaugin yndisleg. Rúmgott húsnæði. Áttum mjög gott frí hérna.

Þrifum var óbótavant og engar hreinlætisvörur á staðunum, ekki einu sinni tuska. Mikið óskipulag á eldhúsunum, þurftum að yfirfara búnaðinn og færa á milli húsanna. Sófinn í stofunni frekar þreyttur. Sprungnar ljósaperur víða og engar auka á staðnum.Rafmagnið fór af nokkrum sinnum á meðan bakaraofninn var í gangi. Vantar leiðbeiningar í húsið.

Nothing - I am still dealing with the complaint and trying to get a refund 2 months later

The villa was dirty, it hadn't been cleaned properly. There were cob webs and dirt everywhere and the floors were filthy. The floor in one of the rooms was also soaking wet and there was mould above the door where the air con was leaking. It also described under the facilities section that it had a bbq and bbq facilities - we arrived with bbq food and there were no coals. Bbq facilities to me is everything you need to use the bbq. We then had to use the oven to cook our food which took us HOURS as every time we turned the oven on all the electrics tripped. To fix it we had to take a key to the end of the road and switch the electrics back on. We had to do this several times and this also happened when using the dishwasher or just randomly. We were there for 3 days and they left us 1 dishwasher tablet and no tea towels in the kitchen. Not to mention one of the guests is pregnant. We contacted the property and they replied saying someone would come and clean the property and bring tea towels (no one turned up the whole stay). There were messages back and forth on email and whatsapp and then they stopped replying altogether. This service is absolutely disgusting from the property owners. They just sent us videos on how to turn the electrics back on and was a deal with it yourself mentally. So it gets worse, not only did we spent the whole 3 days turning the electric back on every time it tripped but on our last night the air con turned off at about 10:30pm. We went down to the basement to find water leaking everywhere out of the pipes in a cupboard with electrics. We all panicked of course and tried to contact the property in which he hung up. We had to try and resolve this problem ourselves. We couldn't move our cars out of the basement because the garage door is electric. We got no response the next day from the property as I advised we needed to leave at 6am and get our cars out and go to the airport.

The property was spacious and clean. We stayed in Villa Tara and the outside area was lovely, good sized pool, loungers, outdoor dining area and bbq. And the views were lovely.

We hadn’t realised quite how steep the hills were, looking at a map it seemed a short walk to the lake but it was down quite a steep road and not great getting back up again unless you are super fit, which one person in our party wasn’t so you literally had to drive everywhere. The WiFi was terrible and the there was a problem with the electrics tripping out all the time, you couldn’t have the AC units on at the same time as the dishwasher, we probably had to reset the electrics 3 times a day as it would trip at random times. The Villa next door had the same issues.

They were nice enough to leave a box of goodies upon arrival.

I was very upset with how difficult it was to get ahold of them once we were there. The villas were filthy, the wifi did not work and there were cobwebs all over the place. I reached out to about 3 different phone numbers before I got ahold of someone the next day and they were incredibly rude and told me I was past the alloted time to make a complaint. That the latest was 9am. (how was I supposed to know that?) Then they proceeded to tell me I had many options of people to reach out to and I told them I reached out to eveey number that I had. The company itself is so rude I will never use their services fpr anything. The cleaning fees should be refunded as they did not clean this space before we arrived.

The villa was very clean and it was great to have the pool and bbq for nights in.

No coal for bbq or coffee/filters for machine. May have been a nice touch in the welcome pack we received or even as a paid for extra. As there are no sizeable shops anywhere near and it’s a very steep and long walk to the lake, where there is a small shop next to ferry docking.

Great location and views. Well equipped kitchen. Sun beds and pool - nice got a chill day. Air con

Hairdryer didn’t work. Fine for us as we had a car but be aware that a long way up (hence the great views)
