Sé Skyline Apartment

I really want to give this property 4 stars but just can’t. There were lots of positives but a few big negatives too. Pros Amazing location It had been cleaned so no dust or anything Comfortable beds Big windows for great cross breeze even in summer heat. Size of space was perfect for our needs. Cute space. Cons The bathroom door did not open and close. We had to leave it cracked open or risk getting stuck. It meant not going in the living room if anyone was in the bathroom. Do not stay here unless they confirm it has been fixed. We did report it. He asked for pictures but then never responded to anything else. Couch in living room was stained and too big for the small space so it blocked the way to walk from the bed rooms to the living room. Kitchen had a ripped pillow in the window seat. Import information: Steep 5 floor walk up - fine for us Like any city place with good location it could get noisy at night but a quieter place wouldn’t be located so well. Parking can be tough but we just payed to be in large lot nearby. Great transportation options right there. Kitchen was not set up well if you want to cook dinner but fine if you want to make light meals. Also, the kitchen had a foul odor, possibly a plumbing issue. Only on the kitchen near the sink. Overall if the bathroom door and odor get fixed this is a cute place to say.

The views are amazing and you can open the windows right out. The beds were all very comfortable. I can’t imagine being in a better location, it was perfect where we were. The staff were very communicative and helpful throughout.

The bathroom and kitchen could use an update, and the bathroom door needs to be fixed because it’s hard to open and close (we were managing fine with this after a day or two, you just have to find the knack!). There are other reviews that mention a foul smell in the kitchen, the only time I noticed this was when I was directly about the kitchen sink, and even then it wasn’t terrible. Also the flat is on the 5th floor, we were fine with this but just know if you have mobility issues in your group.

Misleading photos. Nobody to meet on arrival despite it being specified that there would be. Great difficulty getting anyone to assist with access. Unexpected large security deposit requested over phone before able to get into room. No mention that room was on 5th floor. We are in our seventies and found this an issue. There was handrail on the steep stairs for only one section. No info on wifi in the room. Had to message owner to get the code. Messaged owner to say no lights working in kitchen. Was asked to send photo??? No response when I queried what the photo should show so we had no lights in the kitchen for our whole stay. Bathroom was tiny and the sliding door which separated it from the living area was broken and off the sliding rail so couldn’t be closed.

The host was exceptionally good. She was friendly and kind enough to wait till midnight for our arrival. The location is excellent. Centrally located with many places at a walking distance

The stairs are a bit steep and dangerous especially while carrying luggage. The bathroom door was broken and there were no towel rails in the bathroom. Kitchen/dining area always smelt of drainage. There either was something clogged or it wasn't cleaned in ages.

Amazing location, you can see the 25 de abril bridge from the kitchen window and the main room has a beautiful view with trams passing by all the time. The apartment is smaller than the pictures but not too bad.

Just be ware that there's a 250 EUR deposit you need to pay at the check-in. Regardless, I got the deposit back within days after check-out

Strong smell in the kitchen area probably coming from the drains. Not super clean. The apartment is on the 5th floor and there is no lift.

Authentic Lisbon apartment, it's on the top floor, really old flat, choose if you love to explore. Perfect views from windows, well equipped apartments. Check-in was well coordinated, we were met at the door.

Living area divided quite badly, even in old apartment, space can be used more efficiently. Not suitable for 4 adults, only one large bed and a bunk bed, the bunk beds are equipped with oilcloth inside, it is absolutely uncomfortable. Peeling tiles in the bathroom, there is not a single hook to hang clothes or towels.

The location is good. The place is really quiet. Good view from windows.

It’s a really small apartment and the pictures are a little tricky to understand how the property truly is. The bathroom need to be fix it because the shower is not easily adjustable.
