Owner not available. Arrived at 17:00. We recieven the key of the room at 20:00 . The staf was extremist busy with bar and restaurant. No time for the rooms . Owner was not around and left the 2 people alone. Restaurant an bar was full

ITVery disappointing experience. Despite our arrival at the hotel at 6:00 PM, the room was still not ready. We therefore left our luggage and returned later, only to discover that we had been given a simple room instead of the apartment we had booked. By the time we noticed the issue, there was no one available to speak with. The room was not well maintained: it seemed that only the beds had been changed and clean towels provided, but the overall cleanliness was poor. We also had the impression that the bed sheets were actually just mattress covers. The bathroom was not properly cleaned, and there was no shampoo or soap in the shower (fortunately, we had brought our own as we were unsure what would be available in the apartment). The following morning, we tried to clarify the situation. In the end, we decided to keep the assigned room, as we were told that the apartment was still not ready and also needed cleaning. The owner offered us a discount on dinner as compensation. The restaurant service was also problematic: it closes at 6:00 PM, which is very inconvenient. On the second evening, although we had arranged to have dinner at 7:00 PM, we discovered that legumes and vegetables were no longer available, meaning no side dishes or some appetizer options, even though the restaurant did not appear to be busy. In addition, during our two-night stay, when we returned on the second day, the room had not been cleaned or made up. Finally, we were unable to have breakfast on either day. Overall, the experience was poorly organized and did not match what we had booked.
