Nothing much to like. The area is run down and dilapidated. Infested with cockroaches.

The lady that checked us in was amazing,she was friendly and went out of her way to make sure we ok

1.The back entrance gate that made loud noise when someone opened it. 2. The shower door was broken so when we tried to shower water was spilling out of the shower and the shower head was very weird,like water was coming out of the tap.The down lighters were all fused and the 1 light in the bathroom was almost fusing aswell so we had to use a phone torch/flash when we went to the bathroom. 3.The linen/bedding needs to be on condemned linen,it's old and had visible stains,the fridge had a green mouldy stuff when you opened it. Alot of maintenance and cleanliness issues needs to be fixed. There is also no soap/shower gel,half used toilet paper,there is cups in the room but no amenities and no towels,I may have missed the infor that one needs to bring their own stuff but i mean for a 3 star atleast offer even if it's 1 bath sheet and please taken away those hotel sleepers,they very dirty.

It wasn’t the same as the one we booked, so disappointing.

They told us they knew nothing about our booking and that the guest house was full already, while we booked 2 months ago and paid up the booking fee. We were then referred to another guest house that we didn’t like. The treatment from the people at Kwazi was so disappointing and so unprofessional. I do not recommend it to anyone.
