Great, spacious apartment with everything we needed.

Being central, the area felt a bit rough. One of the front desk staff were disengaged and not particularly helpful.

Our room key stopped working the last morning we were there and we got locked out of our room, however staff were helpful in fixing the issue.

Everything. They had my room ready for an early check in, it was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was perfect to get around. They stored my bag as I had a late flight.

I came via Criterion St and saw the sign but couldnt find the entrance.
