The Salty Lodge

Location is perfect for the restaurants, shops and bus station. Everything we needed was in good walking distance. This is our second time here and would recommend the Salty Lodge. Maybe next year will be another visit. The staff were very welcoming.

We liked everything we had. It can be noisy during the late evening as there is a karaoke bar and other restaurants very close by . Last year, we suggested that all rooms should have an Nespresso machine. This was granted. Thank you. This year we suggested a floor lamp for the living area that can be used when using the pull out bed. It was inconvenient to get out of bed to turn the main light off.

Excellent emplacement, près de tout. Personnel très accueillant et aimable. Oui avons tout apprécié grand merci pour les vélos. Tout était plus plus plus. Belle vue sur la mer.

The Salty Lodge has an awesome location, directly in the historic town of Lagos, and steps away from restaurants, bars and shops. It is walking distance to the Marina and the beaches along the coastal boardwalks. We loved the apartment, which had a lovely balcony, and an awesome rooftop terrace for relaxing, including a large indoor lounge area, with great views of the town and ocean. We would definitely return if visiting Lagos again!

When we entered the apartment, there was a "sewage" smell coming from the bathroom... but after speaking to the manager, we were told to use the water and even let it run for a few minutes. The smell didn't take long to go away. This is related to the fact that the apartment is located in a very old, historic district. It wasn't a problem and wouldn't discourage us from staying there again!

Sehr gute Lage, tolle Ausstattung, an viele Details gedacht, z.B. elektrische Orangenpresse.

Hellhörig: Man hört alles durch die Eingangstür vom Flur durch, Abflussrohre laut, Geräusche aus anderen Studios deutlich zu hören. 30€ für einen Hund, ohne dafür irgendetwas zu bekommen (wie eine Hundedecke, Leckerlis, Essen für die erste Nacht). Einziges Hotel von über 6 vergleichbaren Unterkünften in Portugal, bei denen für den Hund bezahlt werden musste.

Le personnel est très aidant et sympathique.

Nice place, very central but quite. Beautiful view on ocean. Very helpful and nice stuff. Nice rooftop that could be used.
