Olvide un artículo en la habitación , me di cuenta después de varios días, me lo tenían guardado, me lo regresaron sin problemas, muy honrados. Gracias a todos.

El Hotel Montecarlo esta bien ubicado las habitaciones con balcones a la calle principal son bonitas sin embargo el baño olia mal y era demasiado pequeño y descuidado

Eramoa 2 adultos y una niña de 10 años y a la niña no le dieron desayuno

The public areas of this place are beautiful, and the location is good near places to eat and shop. The downside was my room, which was very depressing. The windows overlooked the hallway, it smelled like mildew and there was mildew all over the bathroom. When I was taking a shower sewer-smelling water backflowed in so I was standing in it. I walked past nicer looking rooms that no one was using as I was one of the few guests in the hotel, it's unfortunate they didn't offer to put me in a better room.

Sería ideal si el hotel pudiera gestionar un estacionamiento más cercano.

Buena ubicación. Demasiado ruido porque se escucha lo que sucede en la habitación contigua, en la recepción y en los corredores.

La ubicación permite visitar a pie el centro antiguo de Riobamba como el colegio Maldonado, las iglesias, otros.
