雖然我網路訂單當天是隨機房型但抵達現場時給我的房間很像青年旅舍還要爬垂直90度的鐵樓梯非常危險我提及我們會出門喝酒這個房間會有安全問題但他們照樣扣款沒有任何補償甚至連迎賓飲料的抵用金還過來特別強調因為是給入住房客的優惠$240元這個就不額外收取了請問我當天住宿一晚的費用都付清了甚至連住也沒住我們就離開找別的飯店使用你們提供的飲料抵用金也很合理吧看不懂這個員工素質、飯店在搞什麼非常讓人不滿意再也不會入住體驗太差
