The location

Water pressure was horrible. The heater in room 214 didnt work properly unless the temp for the heater was at the highest setting. If I turned it down it would blow cold air. Not good when temperature outside was in the teens. I wont be staying there anymore.

Convenient and good value for price

Not a huge fan of bed base. Every time I rolled over bed frame made horrible screeching sound agar the floor.

Clean, convenient, safe, allows small dog with no charge

Low rates, good choice for if you're just wanting somewhere to sleep. If you're not really going to be spending time in your room.

I didnt like when I was explaining that I booked and paid online, the lady in the office cut me off mid sentence and told me she just needed my name. Had a bit of a snarky attitude. Everyone knows that's rude behavior. When asked if we smoked. I said, my husband did but outside, she again cut me off mid sentence, very rude, and spoke condescendingly to me about how she just needed to know so she could put us near the smoking area. And even went on to do a mocking voice about how 'everyone says, oh we dont smoke inside, but I just want to know where to put them.' It was an extremely off putting interaction.

Flexible. Made a mistake on my first booking and had to cancel first reservation. I had forget to re book before I got there and they had found us a room. Convince of the location. Not in the middle of tourist attraction and close to the interstate/highway.

Staff was not the nicest/happiest. I asked about a dvd player by chance if they had one and instead of I’m sorry but we don’t in a nice tone, both the lady at the front desk and one of the house keepers laughed in my face. Next day house keeper came by to get the trash, I had asked him to come back in a little bit because we were getting dressed and ready for the day and had a rude tone and said no I have to do it now. Beds moved away from the walls very easily. Shower head pressure was very weak. TV was preset to volume all the way up every time we turned it on.

Perfect for a short stay.

missed having breakfast on site.
