Lovely welcome when we arrived and lots of details given on where to go and great places to eat. Parking is excellent and especially with our room as we could see our car through the window.

"A lovely place to stay"

The hosts were attentive before we even arrived. Checking in through messages on time of arrival etc. and making sure we had booked for dinner with recommendations and a lovely welcome when we arrived with a lovely port on offer. Exceptionally clean and lovely decor.

There was a strong smell of damp on the ground floor and the room I was staying in but can only assume there was a flood so not typical. Breakfast was delicious but would have liked an option for a cooked breakfast as we were on a walking weekend but that is just personal preference.

Lovely hotel. Very clean Well situated Continental breakfast was the best we have ever had . Comfortable beds Proprietors , Richard and Mark , were welcoming and very helpful. Both my husband l are hoping to return

"Exceptional quality from very talented hosts."

Wow, where to start - Richard & Mark are exceptional hosts - the house is immaculate. Breakfast was carefully prepared, fresh and tasty. The quality of all the furnishings, bed linens, towels and complimentary personal care products was outstanding - true feeling of luxury throughout.

The property was perfect for me throughout both of my stays.

"So quiet and clean"

The guest house is easy to find and has ample parking across the road. Access was easy with a bell to call down the host. Immaculately clean property, the room, hallway and lounge were so tidy. Richard is a lovely, warm and bubbly host, he made me feel welcome from the moment I stepped through the door. The rooms have been fitted well, lovely decor and funky furniture. The bathroom was small but very well thought out with space for cosmetics etc. Everything was exceptionally clean. Once your bedroom door is closed you cannot hear another peep from other guests. The bed was comfortable and I slept so well. The lounge area was spacious and cosy at the same time, breakfast was served promptly at an agreed time. The view even on a cloudy day is great.
