"Unresolved issues, unresponsive management"

Bad experience, unresponsive management and unresolved issues. ventilation in the room was not working. It was 28c inside when we walked in at 10:30 pm. Thermostat not working. Reception said sensor would adjust temperature based on our presence- wait 15 minutes. Waited 1/2hr - nothing. Back at reception- Helpful young man came to the room with batteries for thermostat. There were no batteries in our thermostat… Added batteries- nothing happened. Hôtel full - unable to change rooms. No in-room phone, chat function never responded to, having to wait in-line every time at reception. Message to manager- no response either. 2 stars for helpful young man at reception. Otherwise 0 would be more appropriate.

Ładne, nowoczesne pokoje. Pościel i ręczniki czyste. Fajne, duże szyby, niestety nie okna - nie da się ich otworzyć. W pokoju jest klimatyzacja. Śniadania smaczne i świeże. Szybkie samodzielne zameldowanie.

Było trochę kurzu (pokój nie był całkowicie wysprzątany), jednak nie stanowiło to dla nas problemu. Ciśnienie wody w słuchawce prysznicowej było słabe, ciężko było się wykąpać, ale w deszczownicy już było wystarczające.
