"当日予約でもスムーズ泊まれたら良かったな"

当時のネット予約の30分後ぐらいに到着したんですが、宿泊連絡が来ていないと言われました。 前もって予約しなかったのもいけないんですが、予約して予約連絡されていないと言われると焦り困りました。 途中でフロントの方が代わり臨機応変に対応して頂きました。
