All the Tides - Rip Tide

Location was great, a short walk to the beach and views and sounds of the sea! We could also drive to the nearby town pretty swiftly. Accesswise, superb! The internet worked great as I was working remotely and never had any issues with connectivity or speed. You could also walk to the 'The Waffle House' restuarant (the best waffles we've had so far!) We truly missed a washing machine, it would be a great addition to the property. It felt safe and overall, it was a decent experience and value for money.

The kitchen facilities (utensils) were pretty average. The microwave worked, but was in bad shape. The braii was rusted, we did not use it. Single ply toilet paper :( We had an issue with the parking shutter roller gate, which was swiftly addressed upon reporting. Thanks to the lady (Bill's best support), I'm missing the name :( ... and also thanks to Gerhard, who assisted us onsite. We had also reported an issue with the swing fan to Gerhard in the lounge but it was not addressed despite an assurance. When we were leaving, the parking door got stuck again, and, thankfully, Edward (Maintenance) was nearby and very kindly assisted us.

Had an excellent stay close to beach and could walk. Would recommend to anyone, good value for money.

Everything was perfect. Going to book again for next year .

Clean apartment. Close to the beach.

Smell of sewerage on the day we were leaving. Didn't see a pool around. No iron.

Peaceful, relaxing an smoothing hoilday Beautiful view of the beach , an early morning feeling the beach breezy, enjoyed the evening walk to the beach which was so close an ad a lovely set sun view .

There nothing not to like , everything was well meet to my standards.

The location is great; property met all of our needs and has a great sea view. Comfortable with a braai on and everything you need was available. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants.

From the pictures I was looking forward to a great sea view. Well surprise. A nice big orange roof to look at. And a very slight view of the sea if you stood on the verandah.

The location was excellent. It was very close to the beach. The staff were very friendly and helpfull. Ramgate is beautiful and so clean!! We ended up booking a extra two nights. My two dachshunds also enjoyed their holiday.

I enjoyed the close walk to the beach. Had a nice balcony.

Wifi is bad. Couches are sticky. Received no help when we asked for help with Rubbish bag ect ect. The geyser comes and go's aswell
