Stefano is such a great host and they accomodate our requests: we arrived very very late and it was no problem for them. Thank you for the warm welcome!

Stefano greeted us on arrival. He walked us to our apartment and gave us a tour of the farm. We were also greeted by a couple of dogs and a kitten or two which our two grandchildren were thrilled with. We arrived midweek and were the only guests there so we had the pool and all to ourselves. Stefano cooked wonderful breakfasts with fresh eggs from the hens there. He also cooked us a wonderful dinner of fresh pasta and lamb. On his suggestion we visited Orvieto which was a fun half day trip. He also suggested a restaurant in Ficulle which we also tried and had a very nice dinner.

Possibly could have provided some playing cards and newer games in the apartment. Although our children spent most of the time in the pool - they would have used the outdoor play equipment if it was in better shape. Most of it was not in working order. Also, we were not shown the sauna - so we would have enjoyed using that if we had known about it.

The apartment is very spacious, suitable for families and children. The garden is amazing and has a lot of activities for children. The atmosphere is rural and the experience is that of being perfect in nature.

The apartment is not fully equipped so you should bring shampoo, tea, coffee with you. WiFi didn't work properly for us. The sheets could have been cleaner.
