Good location near City Centre but quiet. Welcome pack was good especially the bottle of wine. Beds were comfortable and had a good nights sleep all week.

the cellular network was very weak in the property , we were using EE and vodafone , it was the downside of the stay , it would be lovely if there was a wifi available :)

Our stay was wonderful! The house was top notch. Clean, comfortable, well equipped and excellently located. Darnelle our host was so nice and accomodating. I can’t say nice enough things about the place. Thank you so much for a lovely stay.

We loved the location of this property, the kitchen was well equipped and the carpark at the front door was fantastic.

Location was great and parking was a bonus in the heart of Bath. It was very warm and comfortable. Lovely welcoming bottle of wine and biscuits on arrival, and wifi and tv all made our stay great. We would definitely stay again.

The only thing was the electric shower - water pressure wasn’t very good. So we used the bath, there was always plenty of hot water so didn’t matter to us.

Ideal location with the centre of Bath only a 5 minute walk away. Easy access to local walks. The house was well laid out, and was very cosy. On site parking - perfect. Very good communications and easy to contact the vendors at any time, and they responded swiftly. Nice touch of a festive welcome pack and Christmas tree.

Although this wasn't a priority, we were a bit confused by the TV. It wasn't easy to work out how to find all the "normal" channels, and although it may have been simple for anyone who is used to all the latest technology, for two very un-techy pensioners it was a bit of a nuisance. Some basic instructions on how to find channels that are ordinary/terrestrial and not Netflix, etc, would help, but again, this was not the biggest priority. We only needed it later in the evenings after being out all day. There were no instructions for the washing machine and we didn't realise it was a washer/dryer at first, and that the dryer part could be turned off.

Location was fantastic and walking into Bath was an enjoyable short walk. Accommodation was very clean and presented very well. Everything was there that we needed. Car parking space directly outside the door was a fantastic bonus and we didn't need to have any additional parking costs as we walked everywhere.
