Elys Suites

Beautiful property in a fabulous location, convenient for restaurants, shopping, and the marina. Alessa at the front desk was fantastic. So helpful with recommendations and instructions for our stay. The rooms are spacious and very clean. I would definitely stay again if we were to visit Sorrento.

This place was modern, clean and very comfortable. The location couldn't have been better. We were right in the heart of everything. The best part though was the staff. Alessia went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for our entire stay. She was always cheerful, kind and even got us breakfast to go because we had a boat tour and would miss breakfast! She is a fabulous host! Can't wait to visit again!

We loved everything!

Staff were excellent - very friendly and helpful. Facility was immaculate. Great location few feet from Piazza Tasso. Very central to all Sorrento restaurants and sites. 5-10 minute walk to elevator to port and ferries.

Only negative is when the window is open, it can be quite loud through the night - tourists below and, overnight trucks serving the local shops.

Amazing location, right in the centre. We loved sitting out on the balcony and watching the world go by, but also being able to close the doors and block the sound out. Also great to have access to fridge in room stocked with drinks, and to coffee machine in foyer. Staff friendly and attentive but not intrusive. They noticed my husband’s birthday cards when cleaning the room and, on return from our trip, the room had been decorated-thank you!

We loved everything. Only slight improvement would be for breakfast to be served from 7am (even if a smaller selection) as a lot of tours start early. And also to send photo instructions on how to find it as bit tricky at first.

Personnels super agréable, chambre magnifique, très bien insonorisé, très propre, tout était PARFAIT !! Merci à la réceptionniste, et à la femme qui s’occupe des chambres c’était top ! et le petit déjeuner rien à dire super bon

Location. Spacious family room with balcony overlooking Piazza Tasso. Basic but adequate breakfast.
