"お見送り無くて衝撃的"

札幌駅から近く静かでゆっくり過ごせました。 11月1日、2日20時頃大浴場の湯船がぬるくて残念でした。部屋清掃をしないでタオル交換を依頼しましたが館内着や使い捨てスリッパなども毎日交換用として提供されましたが、私は不要でした。タオル交換だけにして他の物はフロントで受取りにしても良いのではと思います。 チェックアウトは自動機でしたがフロントのスタッフは一人もおらず、サービス業のホテルとしてお見送りが無いのは凄く残念でした。 フロントが不在は初めてだったので衝撃的でした。

とてもキレイで、女性1人で泊まる方も多く見かけ安全安心なホテルだと思いました。朝食をつけましたが、ボリュームがあり美味しかったです。ただ、2泊しましたが、2日共に隣の部屋のトイレットペーパーを取るカラカラという音が響いて目覚めました。静かすぎるホテルだからでしょうか？トイレの音と言うのは不快でしたね。それ以外は満点。

交通方便，步行可以去到購物區。訂了一間雙人房和一間三人房，房間較細和燈光暗，但應該有都有，還有大浴場，職員有禮。
