Balcon avec vue sur la mer. Magique ! Très bonne insonorisation grâce aux deux baies vitrées, au store et à la porte intérieure Salle d’eau refaite à neuf Situation idéale : proche du centre ville tout en étant un peu éloigné

La pression de la douche : pas assez forte.
