Alabama Hotel Hobart

Perfectly suited my needs for while I was in Hobart. I know I didn't take full advantage of the common area and things because I needed to be in and out. My room was very comfortable, clean and accessible. It was bigger than expected so it was easy to move around in.

The man upon leaving helped carry my bags down the stairs.

Missed the part of communal shared bathrooms, missed the part of no TV. Seemed dirty and dingy and then on top of all of that I had to listen to people have sex all night, walks papper thin. Definitely not the experience I expected, and for the price doesn’t make sense

Friendly, ideal location, good value for money

The Alabama Hotel is a little gem! The location, smack in the centre of town couldn’t be better. The lounge is a comfortable, eclectic, arty place - wonderful to chill with a glass of wine or a flat white. The rooms are immaculate, comfy and attractive. And the staff? Absolutely the best! In fact, I extended my stay.

Great location. Fun mid-century, Palm Springs vibe with a great atmosphere. From the minute you arrive, you can tell this hotel is run by a hands-on owner operator who keeps standards high whilst offering a genuinely warm welcome. Super good value
