Good for staying one night and going to the airport.

The person from the pizzeria downstairs, that was in charge of giving us the keys, was having an argument with her partner through the phone, she was basically screaming in front of us, then she went to the back of the place to continue her phone call, and we had to wait approximately 5 minutes for her to finish her argument in order to give us the key of the apartment. Zero professionalism.

Clean room and bug nice bathroom

The door handle came off in the room and after one attempt no further attempt was made to fix it so I felt very worried all night I would either be trapped in the room or that someone could just walk in.

There was a very strong smell of cleaning chemicals in the room, probably used to mask the odor coming from the bathroom. The smell made the room unbearable to stay in. Even when we opened the windows, the odor still didn’t go away, and gnats kept coming into the room.

I did not get the room I booked and paid for. The bathroom was not very clean. The shower did not drain. Shuttle service that was offered was very unprofessional
