The hotel was opened in 2020 and as a branded hotel, meets international standards. Food is excellent; breakfast has a wide selection of fruits, fresh juices, cereals, live hot station and good variety of hot meals, teas and coffees. The a la carte menu is comprehensive with choices of International, Indonesian and Chinese cuisines all reasonably priced.

It would be helpful if the staff had better command of English for international visitors like me. If there is anything I would improve, it would be staff communication skills in English and the speed of service in serving meals where the staff appear to be young and inexperienced
